IAmFitness will empower the everyday person to push past their comfort zone and towards a strong healthy lifestyle. It is with this priority, that we strive to make a life changing experience for every individual at an affordable price.

IAmFitness Beliefs 

  • Strength training is the core to achieving success in fitness- the heart of our program. 
  •  We provide leadership through training. Everyone is trained as an athlete no matter the age or current conditioning.  
  • We turn everyday individuals into athletes.
  •  We help you reach your fitness goals by incorporating a plan to fit your busy schedule. 
  • Each training client is provided with a fitness plan and a basic meal plan to help you manage your diet.  
  • Cardio is incorporated into weight training  to help the body lean, but not metabolize muscle.

The average person who strength trains two to three times a week for two months will gain nearly 2 pounds of muscle and will lose 3.5 pounds of fat. As your lean muscle increases so does your resting metabolism, and you burn more calories all day long. Generally speaking, for each pound of muscle you gain, you burn 35 to 50 more calories each day.
